Remember who was on your team and stuck by you while you road the “hell roller coaster”. Take stock of those who stayed during your absolute darkest of moments. Who helped pull you back up? It could even be a musician you listen to, or perhaps a comedian? You don’t have to know them for their warmth and light to reach your soul. There’s always at least one, you just gotta open your own eyes and see them for what/whom they are. Know that you’re never alone, an entire army of light protects you at all times. Don’t be afraid to make new friends little ones, you’ll need them in life. Form as many connections as possible during your life, for the real secret to longevity and a beautiful life is very simply LOVE.
