Long ago there lived a Saloon owner and medicine healer who used to ride wild horses all day and night long. He fell so deeply in love with the land he vowed to defend and protect it always for eternity.
Little could he ever have guessed the special little ball of energy the universe would send his way to become best friends with. When they first met he was impressed that she could not only feel out his energy but she could talk to him too! He told her right off the bat that: “Listen here now, I don’t wanna talk.” She responded with: “I don’t really wanna talk to you either… we good here?” He smiled, tipped his brim to her and nodded once for the first but certainly not the last time. He knew from then on, he liked this girl and he would help as well as protect her as much as he possibly could especially while she was on his land. There was a year when the girl had to move on for a change, and he was sad to see her go. Especially since it meant no one would greet him everyday. She tried to get the others to keep it up, but no one ever did it like her. One day she came back! The first thing she said was: “Hey Myrtle. Hope you’ve been well.”
Throughout the years the poor girl had gone through so much trauma and battles, but he secretly was helping her like a silent sleeper agent of ancient healing essence. He never told her but he knew she could feel it and it was only a matter of time before she followed it back to him and figured him the entire fuck out someday. He awaited that day with eagerness. When she came back she had changed and grown and had learned so much more about the universe and had upgraded her abilities. He thought perhaps this time around would be the era she figured out who he really is.
She did.
So he felt it was time to reveal his name, but she would never tell anyone other than her husband who had become friends with the lonely cowboy too. One night arrived where she was not feeling that well and was drained of energy so he offered to lend a hand when she needed it so she could ride the wave of healing light hoMe but not without a piece of sage wisdom. “little lady have ya got whiskey? Whiskey helps too.” He tipped the brim of his ol’ worn, yet pristine hat to her, and smiled warmly.🐎🥃🧛🏿♂️
