I Fer sures struggle with “turning off my mind” that’s not to say being stupid. There’s a difference between choosing to be without knowledge and simply shutting off the brain for the night or day. With as brilliant as my mind is, there’s a part of me that’s like “Alriiight shut the fuck up bro.” Lol I’m learning how to switch it off, slowly but surely! Gettin there!😆🤭
