Another puzzle piece🌸

There once lived a young boy who was heir to a long throne. He ran amuk throughout the land…one day through a portal he discovered a young girl who was excellent at hide and seek! We played together for ages, and peeked at each other from around beautiful dark brown almost black wood tree trunks. They noticed their hair both matched the color too… how exciting! “We’re like trees!” she exclaimed. Above their heads was a canopy of pink cherry? Or perhaps was it apple? Both? Blossoms,  that smelled so sweet especially in the warmer season. These two kids were the best of friends, they did not belong to the same Kingdom, she was apart of something much greater and he knew that. He wanted so badly to leave with her, she was so fun and calm… she IS peace. War broke out across the cosmos like a cannon fire cataclysm, it was no longer safe for them to visit the places they once knew… so they found new ones but could never stay in any one place too long. She thought these places were just really cool dreams, she thought they were far away lands that no longer existed? She thought they were all just DREAMS? Until now, recently she’s been reflecting and realizing so much more. No wonder her favorite color was a VERY specific shade of pink for soooo long. Her heart was calling out to somewhere only THEY knew.🌸 Laughter always rang through their ears when they were near the other, they talked about everything and anything. When chaos broke loose they had to decide; he chose to stay with his people to help do whatever he could, but he desperately wanted to go with her instead. A decision that would haunt him for the rest of his life. She understood and although she wanted him with her always, she knew she could not be selfish. She admired him so much. He was needed elsewhere for the time being, but she always felt they would meet again. So they waved good bye for a final time, and watched the other disappear into the stars. Little did they know all that would happen between them, yet also FOR them. They were the absolute best of friends and looked for the other in the eyes of every single passerby they would come across throughout the galaxy. They had secret codes and languages they’d speak to eachother through. If any two were to and could find the other again it WOULD BE them. Despite everything stacked against them; no one could deny that SOMETHING big was set in motion the day the little girl with the dark hair discovered a portal to a new realm on her own, and happened upon a beautiful boy with the warmest golden light shining in his eyes. The Kingdom was lost to the war sadly, and yet somehow she had a “vision?” of the town square tree during a very special holiday long after. The King had fought valiantly to protect all that he could, but there was a traitor amongst his ranks. One ruins it for all the Kingdom. He made a tactical flee with as many as he could take with him, he fell into a devastating spiral having lost all he had ever known but most of all; the people that were slaughtered before his eyes. His once subjects that remained recognized him in a new place and began assisting him in building up something new. He gained new tools and knowledge along the way and each step he took lead him even closer to his lost friend. The connection was always there, and he wanted to be sure she was kept safe so he sent one of his most loyal and trusted adversaries with a coat golden like the sun rays the kids used to dance around in together, his eyes were full of the same golden light as The boy. She loved this little dude so much and cared for him deeply. Just like he knew she would, he didn’t want her to ever feel alone. So while he couldn’t be with her; he sent someone who could for as long as possible.🦋💛 The kids grew up ever so close, yet so very far off from each other. Their hearts remained true and never forgot the other. They continued to seek out a rhythm so rare and beautiful it could only be described as Somewhere only we knowww.🎶
